1. All above promoted employees will remain on probation for a period of one year in the first instance. If the work & conduct of employees promoted are found unsatisfactory during probationary period, the appointing authority may then notwithstanding that the period of probation has not yet expired, revert them to their former (Lower) posts without giving them any notice. 2. The employees have been promoted purely on temporary basis and without prejudice to the inquiry case, if any, pending against them they are liable for reversion at any time without giving any notice. 3. The inter-se-seniority will be in the same sequence after promotion as stood in seniority list, maintained and circulated at regional level. They will, however, not entitled to claim the seniority over and above those who may otherwise be seniors to them. 4. The employees should be relieved off, from their duties without waiting for their reliever. They should join their new assignments within week, failing which it will be considered that the employees have foregone their promotion unless they are admitted as indoor patient in the hospital for which a certificate should be supplied by them. They should give in writing and in that case they will not be considered for promotion.

Notification for Grant of Disparity Reduction Allowance 2021, DRA Allowance 2021
GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN FINANCE DIVISION (Regulations Wing)
F,No.14(1)R-312021- 00 Islamabad, the 3rd March, 2021 OFFICE MEMORANDUM GRANT OF DISPARITY REDUCTION ALLOWANCE The undersigned In directed to convoy the approval of the Federal Government for grant of Disparity Reduction Allowance 25% of the basic pay of Barre Pay Scales 2017 wet 1• March 2021 This allowance shall be admissible to civil employees in BPS 1-19 of the Federal Government. (including employees of the Federal Secretariat and attached departments). who have never been allowed additional allowance/allowances equal to or more than 100% of the basic pay (whether frozen or not) or performance allowance subject to the following conditions. a) This Allowance will not be admissible to the employees of the organizations as mentioned in Annexure-I and those employees who are drawing additional allowance/allowances equal to or more than 100% of the basic pay(whether frozen or otherwise), b) This allowance will be frozen at the level drawn on V March 2021 C) This Allowance will be subject to Income Tax, d) This Allowance will be admissible during leave and entire period of L.P.R. except during extra ordinary leave; e) This Allowance will not be treated as part of emoluments for the purpose of calculation of Pension/Gratuity and recovery of House Rent, f) This Allowance will not be admissible to the employees during the tenure of their posting/deputation abroad; g) This Allowance will be admissible to the employees on their repatriation from posting/deputation abroad at the rate and amount which would have been admissible to them, had they not been posted abroad; h) This Allowance will be admissible during the period of suspension; i) The term "Basic Pay" will also include the amount of Personal Pay granted on account of annual increment (s) beyond the maximum of the existing pay scales.

3. Any issues arising out of the implementation of Disparity Reduction Allowance will be resolved by a committee notified vide Finance Division 0.M.No.F.14(1)R-312021- 91 dated 3rd March 2021.
